1. Main features
Single chamber pump is a series of dense phase pneumatic conveying equipment used in fluidized ash conveying systems. It is the main equipment of positive pressure pneumatic conveying systems. It is powered by compressed air and transports powdered materials through conveying pipes to ash storage or storage silos. The silo pneumatic conveying pump is suitable for conveying powdered materials such as fly ash, furnace bottom slag, limestone powder, cement, cement raw materials, mineral powder, grains, etc. in power plants.
2. Application field
PCD pneumatic conveying equipment and systems have been widely used in industries such as building materials, chemicals, mining, electricity, and metallurgy. The conveying materials include cement, raw materials, fly ash, hydrated lime, dry discharged calcium carbide slag, slag powder, steel slag powder, coal powder, aluminum oxide powder, bauxite powder, phosphorus powder, pyrophyllite powder, and organic silicon powder.
3. Main features of the product
① Large conveying capacity:>300t/h;
② Long distance: ＞ 2000m;
③ Low power consumption: ＜ 3.8kWh/t · km;
④ Low wear and tear: pipeline lifespan>10 years;
⑤ Low speed: initial speed of 6-10m/s;
⑥ High mixing ratio: ＞ 30kg/kg;
⑦ Flexible process layout, dust-free, high operating rate, lower investment compared to mechanical conveying, and lower maintenance costs.
4.The conveying process of the silo pump ash conveying system
1. The system is in the feeding state, at which point the feeding valve and exhaust valve open, the inlet valve and outlet valve close, and the material falls into the pump under the action of gravity.
2. When one or more level gauges inside the pump are covered or the set discharge time is reached, the feed valve and exhaust valve close.
3. After the inlet and exhaust valves are closed and the inflation seal is completed, the inlet and outlet valves open, and the material enters the pipeline for transportation. During the conveying process, the opening and closing status of the air valve should be adjusted according to the pressure to control the conveying pressure of the pipeline and prevent pipe blockage.
4. When the pipeline delivery pressure drops to the set value, the inlet and outlet valves close. After a stop time delay, the cycle resets and waits for the next cycle to start.
